  • When is my order ready for shipping?
    Please allow 1-7 business days of processing time (excluding weekends & holidays).
  • What if my item is damaged?
    If your item is damaged you can choose to get a refund as store credit or an exchange. We do not accept returns due to sanitary reasons.
  • What if I received the wrong item?
    If you have received the wrong item you can send us an email at info@cocoscastle.com and we will discuss an exchange or refund as store credit.
  • Is it possible to return my order?
    Unfortunately it's not possible to return your order due to sanitary reasons. If you wish to get a refund you can email us at info@cocoscastle.com.
  • My package is lost, what now?
    Coco's Castle is not responsible for lost packages. If your package is lost send us an email at info@cocoscastle.com to notify us, and contact your local post office.
